The project features initiatives to promote healthy behaviour in line with the Well Building Standard Certification.

Some examples of this include:

  • A strong link with nature through the esplanade and the landscaped terraces
  • Guaranteed air purity and good water quality
  • Optimal acoustic comfort in all areas
  • Maximum thermal comfort; some offices can be fitted with individual heating, ventilation and air conditioning control
  • Exposure to natural light as well as lighting designed for visual, mental and biological health

Unicity deploys these measures to contribute to the personal and professional development of each employee.

Smart Ready (Core & Shell) INNOVATE TO REINVENT WORK SPACES

Unicity is a Smart Ready building. It can therefore be administered “electronically”. This means that the office building is able to transmit data to an application. The application manages certain technical operations such as HVAC, heating, lighting, security and other settings.

This intelligent management of the building makes it possible to optimise consumption, security and indoor air quality, for the benefit of the health and comfort of the occupants of each leased office.

WELL CERTIFICATION

The WELL Building Standard® is a label that addresses well-being and health in buildings. The standard is based on measuring, certifying and monitoring the performance of the environment of a structure, whose characteristics influence human health and well-being.

With the Well Building certification, spaces and offices are designed to create a positive human experience, improve employees’ productivity and bolster their commitment to their company.

BREEAM CERTIFICATION

The office building aims to achieve ‘Excellent’ certification to the BREEAM standard, a method of assessing the environmental performance of buildings.

The design process for Unicity is part of a committed, responsible and long-term vision. The unit’s undersized environmental footprint offers the following: It is a coherent and sustainable ecological response.

Conceived in symbiosis with its environment and its changing nature, the project guarantees optimal conditions of comfort and well-being for its occupants, while preserving the environment to the greatest extent possible.
